Terms of Service

1. Registration and service area

We are registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as a household mover under Chapter 507, Florida Statutes — Florida Mover Registration No. IM4160.

We provide moving and related services within the State of Florida only. We do not perform interstate moves (moves that begin or end outside Florida).

2. Online quotes and written estimates

Information provided through the Site, by phone, or by text before your move — including any price range or "quick quote" — is preliminary and is not an offer, a binding estimate, or a contract.

Before we provide any moving or accessorial services, we will give you a written estimate and contract for service, as required by Florida law. You and we will sign or electronically acknowledge and date them. Your written estimate will state whether it is binding or non-binding and will include an itemized description of the costs and services for your move.

Your final price can change if your inventory, access conditions (such as stairs, elevators, long carries, or parking), dates, or requested services differ from what you described, or if you request additional services. Any change will be handled as described in your written estimate and contract and under applicable Florida law.

If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed written estimate and contract, your signed estimate and contract control.

3. Payment, deposits, and cancellations

Accepted forms of payment, and any deposit, cancellation, or rescheduling terms, are disclosed on your written estimate and contract before your move.

4. Liability for your belongings and valuation

Our liability for loss of or damage to your household goods is set by your written estimate and contract and by Florida law. We maintain the cargo liability insurance required for Florida-registered movers.

If we limit our liability, we will disclose the limitation — including the valuation rate — to you in writing before any services are provided. Under Florida law, that valuation rate may not be less than 60 cents per pound per article. If we offer additional valuation coverage, we will disclose its terms, its cost, and your option to decline it in writing before your move.

Please note any visible loss or damage on your delivery paperwork and report any loss or damage to us in writing as soon as possible, following the claims process described in your contract.

5. Items we do not move

For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport:

• Hazardous or flammable materials (for example gasoline, propane tanks, paint, solvents, pool chemicals, fireworks, or ammunition)
• Perishable food or items requiring refrigeration during transport
• Illegal items or items you do not have the right to move

6. Valuables

We strongly recommend that you personally keep and transport cash, jewelry, important documents, medications, keys, electronics containing personal data, and other irreplaceable or high-value items.

7. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate, complete information about your move, inventory, and access conditions.
• Be present, or have an authorized adult present, at pickup and delivery.
• Arrange building access, elevator reservations, and legal parking for our truck where required.
• Disconnect and prepare appliances and electronics before move day unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Pack any boxes you pack yourself securely. Our responsibility for the contents of customer-packed boxes may be limited as described in your contract.

8. Additional services

• Handy work: furniture assembly and TV or wall mounting are performed on walls and fixtures suitable for the item. Please tell us about any known hidden wiring, plumbing, or wall conditions.
• Pressure washing: a working outdoor water source must be available on-site. Please close windows and move vehicles and fragile items away from the work area.
• Junk removal: once removed, items are hauled for disposal, donation, or recycling as appropriate. We do not remove hazardous waste.

9. Reviews and Site content

Customer reviews on the Site reflect the experiences of individual customers and are not a guarantee of any particular result. Spanish translations of reviews are provided for convenience.

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and photos, is owned by or licensed to EconSolutions and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10. Communications

By requesting a quote, you agree that we may contact you as described in our SMS & Communications Terms and our Privacy Policy.

11. Site disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Florida law, including Chapter 507, Florida Statutes, or any obligation we have under your signed written estimate and contract.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Terms in effect when you sign your written estimate and contract apply to that move.
